I'm Artur Poluektov, a senior strategist with 17+ years across fintech, consulting, service design and digital innovation.

My Story

I began my career in fintech, building and scaling international products in digital payments across Central & Eastern Europe and Africa. I moved from financial analyst to head of product strategy, managing an eight-figure budget and driving expansion into new geographies.

Later, I shifted into consulting and innovation. I led digital transformation projects at Deloitte Digital, became managing director for the Portuguese market of a Dutch innovation agency, and later COO of an international consulting firm - leading teams, building systems for growth, and expanding business across Europe.

Across every role, every industry, every team, I saw the same pattern:

I'm a generalist, a T-shaped professional who connects the dots fast. I speak the language of finance, product, marketing, innovation, design, and strategy. I've been the person making the decisions and the person advising the decision-maker. Both perspectives matter.

I was born in the USSR, moving to Western Europe as a teenager and growing up across cultures. As an immigrant, I know what it takes to adapt, to read a room, translate between realities, and navigate complexity without a map. That's exactly what I do for companies scaling across borders.

After working with the Dutch, I became direct.
