When clarity needs continuity.

Some challenges require sustained attention over time. Embedded Leadership means I work alongside your leadership team as a strategic partner in the room - for decisions and building capability that lasts beyond the engagement.

Strategic Advisory: Mid-term focused engagement (6-12 weeks) during moments of change, growth, or reset.

Fractional Leadership: Long-term involvement (3+ months), stepping into a senior strategic role when you need additional leadership capacity. One to several days per week, depending on the situation.

    Most leaders come because something feels off, messy, or unresolved. The Clarity Call exists to surface what actually matters, frame the problem properly, and decide what happens next.

  • No. There's no obligation.

    The call is a free conversation to understand your context and see if working together makes sense for both of us. Sometimes the outcome is a clear next step with me. Sometimes it's a recommendation for a different format. Sometimes, it's clarity you can act on internally without further engagement.

  • That's normal. You don't need to choose upfront.

    During the Clarity Call, we look at your challenge, your constraints (time, people, momentum), and the level of commitment that makes sense right now. From there, I'll suggest the most appropriate way to work or tell you if now isn't the right moment. The goal is solving the problem properly.

  • All three.

    The format is always chosen based on what creates the most impact, not convenience.

    I work remotely with teams across Europe and internationally. In person when it matters (workshops, offsites, retreats). Hybrid when continuity and presence both matter.

  • That's fine.

    I've built a trusted network of senior consultants, technology partners, and creative agencies.

    If your challenge requires skills beyond my direct involvement, I'll collaborate, co-lead, or bring in the right partners. My priority is solving the problem well, not forcing a narrow engagement.
